Parties are encouraged to engage in dispute resolution if safe to do so and for the first time in 21 years there is now a single set of family law rules known as Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Family Law) Rules 2021.

There is now a requirement for parties to comply with Pre-action procedures prior to going to court.

Rodney Van Houten is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Mediator and will help you navigate your matter with a focus on resolution rather than expensive and delayed litigation.
